One of the most aggravating things for a dentist, I might imagine, is having all that undone treatment sitting in files. Hundreds of thousands of dollars – in some cases probably millions. Just sitting there, needing to be done; patients in need. But, what happens to it?

When receiving calls for new patients always ask how they found out about the dental clinic. Tracking your dental marketing expert strategy is important in identifying what is working. If an existing patients name comes up make a note in their file.

Every month you don’t communicate with your current dental patients, they lose 10% of their loyalty to you. After 5 months with no newsletter, or appointment, they have only a 50% chance they will return to your practice. Those are not good odds when you consider it will cost 10 times as much money to replace them as it will just to keep them.

No. 5 – Finally, do nothing. If your results are already so good and you’re not ticked at yourself for all the undone treatment sitting in that filing cabinet, then do nothing. Or, maybe you have adequate patient flow and you’re just not worried about it, then that’s okay too.

One of the big things that is missing when you run smaller advertisements is the entire story. That is one of the main reason why we like to “lead generate”. The other reason is the “timing” of people being interested, but not ready to actually call the office right now!

If your website is professionally managed, verify that the person doing this is also maximizing the potential of the site. This is called SEO or search engine optimization. If you create your own site, use words on each page that potential patients would commonly use when searching for a dentist in your area. When you publish or republish your site be sure to name it and add meta tags.

So, in order to become highly successful in the business of hispanic dental marketing, use the equation: T+C=Cash. Build and improve your website in a manner that it would increase the number of visitors, and convert them into your own patients!
