She has excellent credit, steady income and still cannot get a loan. The pool contractor wants the business too. They’ve lowered their prices, but still the financing is unavailable because the home equity is not there.
Are you looking at all areas of performance, and are they clearly articulated so the team member can win? Is this particular individual contributing the success of others, or merely focusing on their own advancement? Does he demonstrate support for the values of the office?

Prioritize your plan: it’s not advisable to haste from task to task throughout the day. This will make you stressed by the end of day without accomplishing much. Review your tasks each day and make priority list. Go working on the list one by one according to the priority. Ensure that once you have completely finished an assignment only then you start the next one on the list. This will give you a good feeling of accomplishment by the end of the day.
Now I am not suggesting you need to spend 3 hours preparing for your project meetings but prepare you must as a person who attends a meeting or as the person who chairs the meeting. If you have not, you need to be trained to play your part effectively and you need to obtain some feedback on the effectiveness of your meetings. Interestingly, few project managers have had any formal training in chairing skills but chair several meetings including project management ones.
